1,000 rounds of live bullets seized from train in Assam's Bongaigaon

The Government Railway Police (GRP) has seized huge cache of ammunition from a passenger train at New Bongaigaon Railway Junction.

The police recovered 1,000 rounds of live bullets from North-East Express.

According to GRP official, "Two havildars went for routine check and found a suspicious bag from which ammunition was recovered.

Bullets to be sent to experts for further examination."
