In the latest episode of On The Record with Hindustan Times’ Sunetra Choudhury, Janata Dal (United) president and Rajya Sabha member Ram Chandra Prasad (RCP) Singh spoke on the ongoing farmer’s agitation against the Centre’s three new farm laws.

"Everyone agrees that farmers need to do well, their incomes need to increase.

A farmers' organisation is different from a political party.

So if you bring in a political agenda, then that has a different platform," he said.

Singh also talked about the violence on Republic Day in Delhi, SC judgement on farm laws and why the Americans are wrong on the same.
