CM Kejriwal bats for aggressive manufacturing at NITI Aayog meeting

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal during Governing Council Meeting of NITI Aayog on February 20 urged both central and state governments to aggressively pursue manufacturing and establish manufacturing hubs across country so that the industrialists and manufacturers can produces products at a cheaper rate in comparison to China.

"This will generate employment, country will be able to beat China in manufacturing area and GDP will also observe," he added.

"We didn't focus on manufacturing in last 70 years.

Our country is lagging behind in manufacturing," he said.
