Christmas at Gaylord of the Rockies Resort & Convention Center

Christmas is hands down our favorite holiday.

And since this was Alena's first Christmas, we wanted to find a way to make it especially memorable.

Enter: the Gaylord of the Rockies Resort & Convention Center where our family of four was entertained for a full day.

We started off checking out some outdoor activities like the snow merry go round, ice skating and ice bumper cars.

From there, we went to the Charlie Brown character brunch where Everett was mesmerized seeing some of his favorite life size characters.

But the biggest highlights of the day, of course, was meeting Santa and checking out the 'I Love Christmas Movies' exhibit, which recreated some classic scenes from favorites like Elf, National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation and The Polar Express.
