Union Health Secretary Rajesh Bhushan informed that 77 per cent of health care workers have been administered with the first dose and 70 per cent got the second dose so far.

"Vaccination at private facilities will be charged subject to a financial ceiling whereas vaccination at government facilities is totally free, the cost being borne by Central government," he added.
