Hanoi child survives fall from high-rise balcony

A toddler in Vietnam has survived falling from the 12th floor of an apartment building in Vietnam's capital.Video captured by a resident of a nearby building shows the infant, said to be a three-year-old girl, clinging onto the balcony of the condo on Sunday.It was unclear how the child got herself into this dangerous predicament.The video shows the toddler struggling to hold on, and then falling to the ground below.
