CDS General Bipin Rawat during a webinar on 'Transformation: Imperatives for Indian Armed Forces' on March 04 said steps including national security strategy, structural reforms etc need to be strengthened.

"India is facing a complex security and challenging environment.

Some important steps that we need to take include defining the national security strategy, higher defence strategic guidance, structural reforms in higher defence and operational orgs," said CDS General Bipin Rawat.
