Union Minister of Road Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari reacted on high prices of electric vehicles.

He said that presently the prices are higher but he hopes that the prices of petrol, diesel vehicles and electric vehicles will be equal within two years.

"Presently, prices of electric vehicles are higher but I hope that prices of electric bikes, cars and buses and those run by petrol and diesel will be equal within two years," he said.
