Forensic investigation to be held in Shatabdi Express fire case: Northern Railway GM

Northern Railway General Manager Ashutosh Gangal informed that forensic investigation will be held on the fire that broke out in generator car of Shatabdi Express at Ghaziabad railway station on March 20.

"Luggage is being unloaded to control the fire, otherwise, it is getting difficult to douse it.

Once it's taken down completely, belongings will be seized and sent for a forensic inquiry to find out what caused the fire," said Ashutosh Gangal.

Fire department official Sushil Kumar informed that generator and luggage compartment of Shatabdi Express had caught fire.
