Raab imposes sanctions over human rights abuses in Xinjiang
Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs Dominic Raab addresses the House of Commons on plans to impose sanctions against four senior Chinese officials and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps Public Security Bureau in response to “appalling violations” of human rights.
The government's controversial Rwanda Bill has finally been passed in Parliament after months of back and forth between the House of Commons and House of Lords.

Rishi Sunak said the conflict in Gaza "must end" as he addressed MPs in the House of Commons. The prime minister said he will be speaking to Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu, to express solidarity and to discuss how we can prevent further escalation. "Nothing that has happened over the last 48 hours affects our position on Gaza. The whole country wants to see an end to the bloodshed and to see more humanitarian support going in," he added.
