The wreath laying ceremony of Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) constable Jagannath Roy was performed in Srinagar.
He was injured in Lawaypora terror attack on March 25.
Roy succumbed to his injuries on March 29.
On the other side, Councilor Shams-ud-Din Peer who was injured in Sopore attack on March 29 succumbed to his injuries in hospital on March 30.
While speaking to media, IGP of Kashmir Zone, Vijay Kumar said, "Since the municipal chairman didn't inform police before the meeting and there was no additional deployment.
But he (victim) had 4 gunmen including 2 PSOs.
The PSOs should have retaliated to avert the incident.
