A clash broke out between TMC and BJP workers in Domjur Assembly constituency ahead of sealing of EVMs after 4th phase of Assembly elections concluded. Former West Bengal minister and current BJP candidate from Domjur assembly constituency in Howrah, Rajib Banerjee shared his experience with the TMC. He said that the party pushes back talented people and only promotes 'Bhatija'. "There is a limited company like situation, where people follow orders of the top boss. Some selected people, who only do 'yes and no' they get the chance not the people who are dedicatedly doing their work," he said.
Soon after TMC poll strategist Prashant Kishor audio clip leaked in which he said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee equally popular in the Bengal Assembly polls, two time former TMC MLA and now BJP leader Rajib Banerjee said that Kishor strategy has failed in Bengal. "Prashant Kishor's strategy will not work in Bengal, his strategy has failed. TMC has finished here. In Bengal, only Narendra Modi's strategy will work," said BJP's Banerjee.
