Shadow Home Secretary Nick Thomas-Symonds has criticised the government's announcement on foreign holidays, after details emerged about how England's traffic light system for travel will work.
Mr Thomas-Symonds said the Government has not given enough detail about this system for it to be properly scrutinised by MPs.
"Today's announcement just doesn't have the detail in it for me to be able to judge it properly", said the Labour MP.
