A 16-year-old girl was killed in a car crash over the weekend in Rockland County. Police say five teenagers were out celebrating after a high school football victory. CBS2's Tony Aiello reports.
"He was a leader. He always brought good energy. He'd tell people to pick their heads up if something was wrong," Tony Evans, Jr.'s Lancaster High School teammate Donald Richards said.
