Puducherry man dives 14 meters underwater to stress on fitness during Covid-19 | Oneindia News
While Doctors and health experts have been stressing on the need to exercise in the pandemic, to keep oneself mentally and physically fit, a man's video is going viral.
Aravind, a trained diver,dived 14 meters underwater with protective eye gear and worked out on the sea-bed.
He said that people should work out and do breathing exercises for around 45 minutes every day.

West Bengal recorded the highest turnout till 5 PM at 77.57 per cent, followed by Tripura at 76.10 per cent. Voter turnout in Assam stood at 70.77 per cent, while Manipur recorded a voter turnout of 68.58 per cent till 5 PM.
