Noor Mukadam was 27 years old and the daughter of Shaukat Mukadam, who in the past, had served as Pakistan’s ambassador to South Korea and Kazakhstan.
On Tuesday, Noor was found dead in the Capital’s upscale Sector F-7/4 area.
