Health Sec: Unlimited care home visitors is a 'new chapter'
Health Secretary Sajid Javid says that the return to "Plan A" and allowing care homes to have an "unlimited" number of visitors from Monday represents a "new chapter" in "living with Covid".
He praises the work care homes have done during the pandemic and that they will continue to work to make sure a safe "balance" is reached.
