Striking barristers, wearing wigs and gowns are picketing outside the Central Criminal Court today in the City of London.
Barristers in England and Wales have begun strike action in a dispute over pay and conditions.
Speaking outside the Old Bailey, Chair of the Criminal Bar Association, Jo Sidhu says young barristers "are leaving in their droves" as some are paid "below minimum wage".

A woman who was shot dead outside a police station 21 years ago was unlawfully killed, a jury has concluded. Sabina Rizvi was 25 when she was shot and killed by unidentified assailants in March 2003 outside Bexleyheath police station in south-east London. An inquest into Ms Rizvi's death at the Old Bailey has been looking into whether officers at Bexleyheath police station knew that a gangland feud posed a risk to Sabina's life. Murray Dowey, 16, from Dunblane was contacted on social media by someone claiming to be a young girl but was actually a scammer, who tricked him into sending an intimate image and then blackmailed him with it.
