Vice President Kamala Harris spoke at Florida International University on August 1 about how environmental justice impacts Americans.

Harris announced that the Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities program would make $1 billion available to help communities reduce climate-related hazards and prepare for disasters such as floods and wildfires.
