Within the wording all firearms related items, manufactured, sold and maintained within the state's borders are exempt from federal law.

The Biden administration has already been defeated in the Missouri Supreme Court and the case has now been elevated to the highest court in the land.

With two other states, Kansas and Iowa, speculating on making copycat laws this will hinder Biden's anti-gun agenda at the federal level.
