Foreign Sec: Ukraine missile strike is 'Putin's revenge'
Foreign Secretary James Cleverly says the latest missile strike on Ukraine is "Putin's revenge" for Russian losses in the war against Ukraine.
He accuses the Russian president of terrorising Ukrainians by "leaving them shivering in cold and darkness" but says he is convinced that Putin will be "unsuccessful in that endeavour".
