Shirley, who suffered abuse while working as a cleaner for the fire service, says she feared one fireman would rape her after exposing himself on night shifts before "getting closer and closer" to her. South Wales Fire Service says it will launch an independent review of its culture and discipline procedures. The Prime Minister also says the abusive behaviour should be looked into.
