RMT union boss Mick Lynch arrives at the Department for Transport ahead of talks with Transport Secretary Mark Harper after the rail union announced new strike dates in December and January.

Transport Secretary Mark Harper declines to say whether Frank Hester has donated an extra five million pounds to the Conservative Party, refusing to comment on "hypothetical" questions.
