RMT's Mick Lynch says rail strike talks are 'definitely moving'

RMT General Secretary Mick Lynch says negotiations to avoid more planned rail strikes are “definitely moving”, but that they’ve got to “find out whether it is meaningful or just window dressing”.

Mr Lynch also feels that since Mark Harper has become transport secretary, there has been a “different approach” to negotiations.
