PLEASE READ: I'm going to explain this again: #1 Glenn Beck nor anyone who works for the Blaze is downloading these shows, so any complaints you tend to have about video problems has nothing to do with them.

#2 I have tested my software program and it works flawlessly on all other types of sources, so it's not my software.

#3 I've checked the speed of my computer and it is double the speed required to run the source I use, so it's not my computer.

So, I went to the source (Pluto) and the explanation is that there are times of the day that are peak hours and during those times often their servers are overwhelmed and get bogged down.

So, there you have it, it is the source and nothing to do with me nor with the Blaze itself and with that being said, no amount of complaints is going to solve the problem because it's totally out of my hands, I apologize for that but there's nothing I personally can improve upon to make the issue disappear.

The only other thing I could do would be to stop recording and not upload anymore of the programs. Otherwise, we all, including myself will have to put up with the issues that periodically pop up during the show.
