Wednesday, 5 July 2023 Ajit disclosed that the NCP had been in talks to form a government with BJP in 2014, 2017 and 2019, but things did not proceed. Yet, when he joined the BJP government, he was singled out as a villain, he said. Recently, Sharad Pawar had claimed that he held talks with BJP in 2019 only to expose its lust for power. "I had to suffer because of your googly," Ajit said.
In an exclusive chat with Oneindia, BJP leader Mithun Chakraborty reached an election rally in North 24 Parganas district of West Bengal on Friday evening. During this, he said that he is getting positive feelings after seeing the public support. Mithun said, 'The sea of people I am seeing here is giving a very positive feeling. It's not all about who does what and what they say... I am an actor and I keep watching people's body language."
