Bills on legal system likely to be taken up in winter session

The three bills to revamp India's justice delivery system are likely to be taken up for passage in the winter session of Parliament after they are vetted by the standing committee on home affairs. The three bills will replace codes that came into existence during British rule and are likely to be the last ones legislated in the old Parliament building.
