Kerala makes Rs 665 crore liquor sales in first 9 days of Onam

Kerala recorded liquor sales of Rs 665 crore in the first nine days of Onam season till Uthradom (Monday), which is an increase of Rs 41 crore compared to last year's figure of Rs 624 crore for the same period. The total sale of liquor through Bevco (Kerala State Beverages Corporation) outlets on the Uthradom day alone increased this year to Rs 116.1 crore from last year's Rs 112 crore.
