Delhi govt deploys officers to ensure hygienically-cooked food served to G20 dignitaries

The Delhi government's food safety department has deployed 18 officers to ensure hygienically-cooked food for G20 dignitaries at 19 five-star hotels in New Delhi and Aerocity. Officers are collecting samples of raw food, conducting lab tests, and monitoring kitchen and staff hygiene. The initiative covers all meals and events during the two-day G20 summit starting on September 9.
