Geologist Ritesh Arya has unearthed coral reef fossils at 18,000 feet above sea level at Burtse in the eastern Ladakh Himalayas.
On May 20, votes from 49 constituencies spread across six states and two Union territories will determine the fate of 695 candidates, including a number of well-known ministers and MPs. Odisha, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, Jharkhand, Ladakh, Maharashtra, Bihar, and Jammu & Kashmir will vote.
