The auction, which ends on October 31, aims to generate funds for the 'Namami Gange' Programme, the government's initiative for the conservation of the Ganga river. Popular items include a statue of Ram Darbar, a model of the Golden Temple, and a souvenir of Jerusalem. Over 7,000 items have been put up for auction in previous editions.
