Amit Shah meets rebel leaders, pacifies many

IndiaTimes Tuesday, 31 October 2023
During his three-day visit to the state, Union Minister Amit Shah managed to pacify rebel BJP leaders who were angry about being denied tickets. Shah held rallies, organizational meetings, and addressed the challenges faced by candidates in various constituencies. He personally spoke with rebel leaders and convinced them to work for the party. However, there are still some instances of discontent, such as the resignation of the Jabalpur BJP city president. Overall, Shah's visit helped to alleviate tensions within the party ahead of the assembly elections.
