Sunday, 5 November 2023 After filing a chargesheet late last month against masterminds of Mahadev app, one of the biggest gaming app frauds in the country, the Enforcement Directorate has begun the process of seeking extradition of its UAE-based promoters Sourabh Chandrakar and Ravi Uppal. An application for issuing a Red Corner Notice has also been moved after filing of the chargesheet and obtaining open ended non-bailable warrants against the two fugitives, the two important criteria required to seek extradition of an accused.
