Humble millets emerging as hope for future: Naveen

The chief minister of Odisha, Naveen Patnaik, emphasized the promotion of millets for the benefit of rain-fed farmers in the region. He inaugurated the International Convention on Millets and expressed his government's commitment to making Odisha a center of excellence for millet cultivation. Patnaik highlighted the importance of millets in achieving nutritional security and announced increased incentives and assured procurement for millet farmers.
