Lubna and her daughter crossed the Rafah border crossing between Egypt and Gaza on Monday evening and are currently in al-Arish. The Rafah crossing has been infrequently opened to allow humanitarian supplies and limited crossings due to the ongoing conflict. Lubna had reached out for help on October 10, describing the brutal war and the destruction happening in Gaza.
