22-year-old wrestling teacher gets High Court relief in Pocso case
The Bombay High Court has granted the interim protection from arrest to a wrestling teacher who was accused of inappropriately touching minor students during the COVID-19 lockdown. The teacher, who is facing charges of sexual assault and harassment, had his pre-arrest bail plea rejected by the sessions court. The High Court directed the teacher to file an undertaking and cooperate with the investigation. The case will be heard again on November 29.
