Ambassadors and diplomats from over 70 nations gather in Varanasi for the grand celebrations of Gurupurnima. The festivities include lighting earthen lamps on the occasion of Kartik Purnima, mesmerizing Ganga Arti, and Dev Deepavali at Kashi. Varanasi, a city of spiritual significance, has hosted international events like G20 and SCO meetings. It was designated the first SCO cultural city. Dev Deepavali, known as 'the Diwali of the Gods,' decorates the Ganges riverfront with over a million earthen lamps.
