People must have tolerance for each other's opinion: Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul

Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul, on his last working day as a Supreme Court judge, emphasized the importance of tolerance and boldness of judges, and the need to protect the independence of the judiciary. He was bid farewell by a ceremonial bench before the winter break. Chief Justice Chandrachud spoke about their long-standing friendship. Justice Kaul expressed his belief that the judiciary should exhibit boldness and that the bar has a duty to support and correct the judiciary.
