Parliament security breach: Main accused Lalit Jha sent to 7-day police remand
Delhi court grants police custody of Lalit Jha, main accused in Parliament security breach case. Jha turned himself in and disclosed details of the plan. Two people breached security by releasing yellow gas and shouting anti-establishment slogans. Two protesters outside Parliament also used gas canisters. Investigation reveals the accused ordered special shoes to carry smoke canisters into Parliament. Police will recreate the scene of the breach in Parliament complex. The police had sought 15-days custody of Jha and told the court that he was the "mastermind" behind the incident.
