Karnataka Congress govt reverses BJP regime's hijab 'curbs'

The Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah has directed authorities to reverse the dress code order issued by the previous BJP government. He stated that the choice of dress and food is personal and no one should interfere with it. He specifically mentioned that there are no restrictions on wearing hijab in educational institutions. This announcement comes before the Lok Sabha elections. Siddaramaiah criticized the BJP for playing vote bank politics and assured that Congress will not follow suit.
