Canada probe to look into India’s role in influencing elections

Canada's Foreign Interference Commission, investigating China's involvement in Canadian elections, now wants to probe alleged Indian interference. The commissioner has requested documents from the Canadian government. India-Canada ties are strained due to allegations of Indian involvement in a Sikh separatist's killing. The Commission is also examining alleged Russian and Iranian involvement and will hold public hearings.
