Bombay high court rejects plea by Pegasus Clubs & Resorts Pvt Ltd for stay on RWITC's EGM. Pegasus had invested in RWITC, and after arbitration proceedings and a consent award in 2018, a revised agreement was executed. Pegasus approached the court due to a proposal for renewal of RWITC's lease, and the court did not intervene.
