Debashish Samantray and Subhasish Kuntia on Tuesday officially submitted their nomination papers as candidates of the ruling BJD for the upcoming Rajya Sabha elections in Odisha on February 27. In the company of BJD president and Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik, along with other ministers and MLAs, the two BJD nominees filed their election papers for the Upper House of Parliament.
