ED nets Rs 30 crore+ from help of Jharkhand minister's secretary
Monday, 6 May 2024 () Bundles of unaccounted cash tumbled out of the closet of the domestic help of Sanjeev Lal, the personal secretary of Congress legislature party leader and Jharkhand rural development minister Alamgir Alam, on Monday as Enforcement Directorate raided various premises here in connection with an old corruption and money laundering case.
On May 20, votes from 49 constituencies spread across six states and two Union territories will determine the fate of 695 candidates, including a number of well-known ministers and MPs. Odisha, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, Jharkhand, Ladakh, Maharashtra, Bihar, and Jammu & Kashmir will vote.
