22-year-old footballer Rishiraj Borah died from cardiac arrest at Assam Agricultural University ground in Jorhat. He collapsed during a practice match, was rushed to Jorhat Medical College and Hospital, but could not be revived. Rishiraj had represented Jorhat in under-13 and under-15 interdistrict football tournaments.
