Labour: PM should raise human rights during Saudi visit
Labour's Angela Rayner calls on Rishi Sunak to raise human rights concerns during an expected visit to the UK by Saudi Arabia’s crown prince Mohammed bin Salman.
Speaking in Scotland, the party's deputy leader says: "It's important as part of that visit that the prime minister speaks to him about the human rights issues where he had real, deep concerns about that but you also have to have dialogue”.

The funeral has taken place of an aid worker who was killed in Gaza last month. 47-year-old James Kirby died when his convoy was struck by an Israeli air strike. The funeral of British aid worker James Kirby has taken place today at St Mary Redcliffe Church in Bristol.
