Delhi high court grants anticipatory bail to 20-year-old student accused of raping college professor
The Delhi High Court has granted anticipatory bail to a 20-year-old student accused of raping his college professor. The court stated that the professor, a married woman of 35, was in a relationship with the accused for over a year and was aware of the consequences. The court noted that the woman had "love, care, and affection" for the accused and that she was well-educated and employed. The court also mentioned that the woman had not made any previous complaints against the accused and delayed filing an FIR.
