BJP ex-minister arrested in Jammu, remanded in 7-day ED custody

Choudhary Lal Singh, a former minister in Jammu and Kashmir, was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate on Tuesday night concerning a money laundering case. He was remanded in the agency's custody for seven days on Wednesday. The ED investigated the former minister for money laundering related to an educational trust run by his wife and former legislator, Kanta Andotra.
