Foreign-made weapons, Rs 5 crore cash recovered by ED during raids in Haryana mining case

During the raids conducted by the Enforcement Directorate against former INLD MLA Dilbag Singh and Congress MLA Surender Panwar, foreign-made weapons, about 300 cartridges, Rs 5 crore cash, more than 100 liquor bottles, and documents pertaining to assets in India and abroad were recovered. The raids were part of a money laundering case related to alleged illegal mining in Haryana's Yamunanagar district. The searches are ongoing at some locations. The central agency is also investigating alleged fraud in the 'e-Ravana' scheme introduced by the Haryana government in 2020.
