Difference in opinion among Opposition parties for state polls but agreement on need for Lok Sabha unity, says Sharad Pawar

Nationalist Congress Party chief Sharad Pawar acknowledged differences among opposition parties over a united front for state polls, but emphasized the need to fight together in the Lok Sabha polls. Pawar stated that the recent Assembly poll trends favored the opposition, but he couldn't comment on a national-level change in government. He pointed out that the Bharatiya Janata Party doesn't have governments in several states. Pawar highlighted the importance of resolving differences among Congress and regional outfits for state polls, while emphasizing the unity for Lok Sabha polls.
